Mike works with people who are positive, professional and want to be peak performers. Building on their strengths - whilst providing tools that compensate for their weaknesses - he enables people to go from 7/10 to 10/10. This often includes working with individuals and teams in organisations. For example, he helps them to communicate the organisation’s story, implement the strategy and guide their people to success. He also works with project teams that aim to build successful prototypes, find solutions to challenges or shape the organisation’s future culture. Mike focuses on clarity - establishing the real results to achieve - creativity and delivering concrete results. He also provides ongoing support and practical learning materials that enable people to sustain ongoing success. His clients include The Search Works, Waterstone’s, Digital-Outlook, i-level, Ispy Search, Marin Software, Harvest Digital, Microsoft, MSN, Sony, Trayport, Three, Stratus, QVC and HMV.

Mike’s early work was captured in the 1972 BBC documentary Escape To Fulfilment.

Mike started his professional career in the caring professions.  During that time he focused on encouraging, educating and enabling people to achieve their goals. In 1972 the BBC made a film called Escape to Fulfilment about the pioneering therapeutic community he ran for young people. In 1974 he set-up his own company dedicated to helping people build on their strengths. Invited to work in Scandinavia, he spent over a decade in the Nordic countries running open programmes and educating leaders in schools, sports and business. Returning to the UK in 1986, he focused on mentoring and building super teams. Mike’s style has been described as positive and yet also immensely practical. Well-known for his generosity, his web site provides a vast library of know-how and practical tools that people can download and use in their own way.
